I’m Bárbara, born in Lisbon and based in Cascais, often referred to, as the "Portuguese Riviera”, since childhood.  I’ve been lucky to grow up and live in this stunning coastal village, which has always inspired my passion for both personal and business development.

I’m driven by the belief that knowledge, creativity, and mindful energy are essential for lasting success in all areas of life. By integrating meditation, nature, and spiritual growth, I continuously enhance my expertise in personal development, life coaching, and mentoring.

Throughout my career, I’ve embraced many exciting ventures, from social innovation and art direction to hospitality, and luxury retail. A few years ago, I immersed myself in the fast-paced world of coworking, where I drove an incredible 1000% business growth in a remarkably short time!

With a solid background in Sales & Business Development, I’ve supported businesses in launching from the ground up, scaling their operations, and developing high-performing teams.
